      Pros

      Colleagues & direct supervisors were excellent. Lots of very skilled clinicians to learn from.

      Cons

      Benefits were mixed. Expensive health insurance. Limited PTO. Continuing education was fairly good, but no comp time for attending courses (unless it was during the work day). No maternity leave (only sick leave). Did offer 401K with some matching.
