Pros
- Coolest team - Company culture (flat hierarchies, transparency etc.) - Great product (and its continuous improvements, very user and practice oriented) - Impressive technologies applied - Workflows (agile, iterative) - Benefits (at the office but also outside of it, like BVG card, team events etc.)
Cons
- Since corona we cannot have our regular office breakfast/lunch, which is a real pity
