- Late salary payment (I always receive my salary 4/5 days after payday- currently still waiting on my final salary which is now overdue by 4 days). - The management team is poorly run. - Treat International employees really badly. - No communication between departments (no one cares about you especially if you're not from China). - Everything that was promised in my interview/training was never delivered. - They expect 100% commitment but they only give you 10%. After a month I've decided to leave!!! and in that month I've noticed so much which is very surprising. I would not be surprised if there is an investigation carried out in this company for unfair treatment of staff. If you are looking to join this company and you are based outside China please stay away!
