Pros

There are a few good local places to shop near by to Florham Park.

Cons

The executive team is repulsive. In a company meeting, the CEO stated employees were expected to give up family time to work for her mission. The CEO genuinely believes this is ok because she chose to do this herself. She scoffed at how us lemmings should get nanny's and late night childcare. No remote policy until Corona hit. Scatter brain, knee jerk leadership. Poor benefits, horrendous PTO. Men treated differently than women. The company touts itself as progressive. Extreme anti male sentiment. Politics! Open bashing of ideologies the ceo disagrees with. "recommendation" of who to vote for by exec's.

Pros

I want to keep this review subjective as possible some of the pro's include: - Half day Fridays for summer hours - They do offer a 401k match but lower than industry standard - They do offer health insurance....but high deductible plans - ability to be remote ( CEO woke up when covid hit and started to see talent can live elsewhere) - 3 weeks off..... lower than industry standard

Cons

-HR Acuity is ran more like a white collar corporation than a " high growth startup" that they boast. - They do not offer competitive salary, benefits, or a true work/life balance with flexible or unlimited time off. - There is hardly promotions into leadership roles - There is no investment in a person's growth -The CEO is involved in most sales deals and doesnt trust the and the sales team for that matter to run the plays but themselves. - Nepotism is REAL throughout the organization with certain staff in various departments - One of the biggest blockers are internal teams. they point fingers rather than stepping in and stepping up to help -Dont expect some senior leadership to respond to internal emails in a timely fashion - Expect certain teams to also point fingers on who handles what - Expect some leadership to railroad customer/prospect calls - Expect leadership to rely so heavily on their team I doubt they know how to operate the platform... - Expect certain to be sitting in India rather than the US - Expect to have very little diversity in the Csuite...and being a female is not diverse enough... you can only drive home " Woman owned business" so many times - For being an hr tech company they do not have a proper internal HR Department which in turn they do not use their own ER/investigations software - Expect Micromanagement in EVERY department and expect texts and calls early morning/late at night. There is truly no respect for your own time - If you are in sales and you close the deal its a waste to leave because they will not pay you out on it - Alot of internal meetings that could be handled by an email - Don't expect a raise during your tenure
