      Work-Life balance was strong with less than 40 hour work weeks.

      Cons

      Vivid-less vision by CEO is running the organization into the ground. SHRM is capitalizing on the failing reputation of HRCI credentials across the profession given poor investments by leadership. HRCI has become obsolete.
