Another excuse of a search firm...

Nothing, tried real hard to come up with something.

Cons

Unprofessional, your a means to an end only, don't care about you, same old recruiter tactics and unethical games played with you and your career. it's all about them and not at all about client. With all the terrible recruiters in NYC, find another one. Skip right over this place. They won't get back to you anyway. Terrible environment to walk into ever day.

Sorry to see this. This person was a consultant that was dismissed for both poor performance and employee relations issues. Rather than accept responsibility for themselves they wish to blame and cast aspersion

Pros

The owners, Nancy and David, treat employees like adults. They do not micro-manage, the expect and empower people to do their own work and hold them accountable. The environment is pleasant and comfortable, no issues at all

Cons

It would be great if more people were on the team

Working at HR Search Partners has been such a rewarding experience. This isn't just a job, but it is also a place where I was able to help clients get the best candidates for their businesses. I also had the pleasure to work for David, who has been a great motivator to the employees. This company really cares about the clients and candidates. It's not just a business out to make money, it is a business that builds relationships and gets to know the clients needs in order to better serve them. Another great thing about this company is that they offer competitive pay and wonderful benefits.

Cons

Bubba Gump Shrimp is right next door, which is not good for me because I love their food!
