Literally the worst company I have ever worked for.
Pros
They have great health insurance. There are also some co-workers that are also experiencing the same terrible working conditions in the same way that you are so a camaraderie can develop from mutual negative experiences.
Cons
It is comical that HRI is ever in the running for "Best Places to Work" in New Orleans. HRI's motto is to hire the least amount of people as possible for the least amount of money and force them to take on roles and responsibilities that should be handled by at least 2 or 3 people. This keeps their costs down so that they can maximize distributions to the owners and bonuses for the executives. No matter how hard you work, you will not be appreciated by the HRI management. HRI's management is so ineffective and scatter-brained that it is a surprise when something actually gets accomplished especially considering the cut-throat and back-stabbing environment and the fact that communication does not flow from one department to another. While HRI has actually hired some really great and intelligent staff, it is not worth joining their team as you will not get any training and for sure be over-worked and under appreciated.
