Pros

As far as recruitment organisations go, HRM for me has to be right up there with the best. You are only as good as your staff and for me, the employees in HRM are some of the best around. All show similar traits of honesty, integrity, dedication, collegiality and you do truly get the feeling of being part of a family in this business. Great location, great reputation and a who's who of top organisations they can call partners/clients. All in all - would highly recommend HRM as an employer

Cons

An Expanding Company with Ambitious Goals

Pros

The company always had ambitious plans and you always got the sense that even when the results were good they were always striving for more. There's great momentum there and really excellent people so you get the sense that they will be well capable of achieving their goals. The best thing about the company is the constant flow of feedback. You are told when you are doing really good work and when there are coaching opportunities they are acted on immediately but in a really positive way.

Cons

Not much. Like all companies they have issues from time to time but are really open to discussing it and acting on suggestions.

Pros

HRM is a really unique place to work, it has its truly people centric business with strong core values that are lived by all the employees. The environment is challenging and high performing which makes it hugely rewarding and stretching if you are an ambitious person. HRM has a very ethical approach to candidates and clients and the people they hire have high levels of integrity and are naturally conscientious.

Cons

The Industry is highly competitive and and under constant pressure to add more value for less but as long as HRM continue to attract people with the values of authenticity and ambition it will continue to grow and be a great place to work.
