      Terrible Management Only Makes Money for Itself

      You will never find any reason to be happy here. You will always find reasons not to work here. It would be awful!

      THE UPPER MANAGEMENT IS AWFUL AND TERRIBLE. THEY ONLY MAKE MONEY FOR THEMSELVES AND ARE NEVER HAPPY TO REWARD THE EMPLOYEES. You won't get any financial growth or appreciation even after working long, brutal, and stressful hours. It was ridiculous. The arrogant management just wanted money for itself, not the team. They avoid even basic raises. BEWARE!

      Overall, there are a handful of people here that you may actually want to work with and that share values of integrity and desire to do the right thing for clients.

      Cons

      The biggest negative at the company was low monetary compensation. In addition, corporate leadership team is out of touch with reality. ZERO communication and ZERO guidance from management, unless there's an issue and then it's all your fault, despite asking for guidance and not getting it.
