      - Flexible and understanding of my working hour as a uni student - Casual pay is good - Not much work

      Cons

      Very bad management, they're not even qualified to be manager. Also the business is declining and losing clients, there has been a discussion of cutting ppl off. No room to grow at all! Was working here for 2.5 years and they refuse to increase my salary.

      very little training, no support from management, very poor company culture, highly policital company and highly hierarchical - a lot of middle management with no idea what their staff do.
