Please do not waste your time with these shady liars

Complete waste of time, the roles don't exist or are so ridiculously exaggerated for what is literally door to door sales (commission based only of course..). They're full of lies, with their only intention to take advantage of those desperate for work. Do not waste your time or effort.

Hardwork is highly rewarded. Not just financially, but managers do care about personal development and will invest more time in the careers of the people who truly put their mind to it. It doesn't require a specific formation, and people skills are useful. People receive all the training they need, including building their confidence for when it comes to facing clients.

Cons

Work culture is very positive and takes time getting into it.

The amount of skills you learn such as the interpersonal skills, a stronger mindset, importance of teamwork, team management, leadership qualities and what it takes for you to become a top manager of your own sales and marketing company, are just some of the many great skills you learn within the company. It is a once in a lifetime opportunity to join such a rapidly growing business, where the only focus is to continually progress and better yourself and others around you. Within this company you control how successful you are. Which other company puts the power in your hands to get promoted, be successful and reach management? There's no other company like it.

Cons

Hours were slightly longer than what I was used to.
