Cons

HS Brand Global is not a reliable company. They promise to pay shoppers within 45–60 days, but in reality payments are often delayed up to 4 months (120 days). For purchase visits especially, you have to keep following up repeatedly just to receive what you are owed. They also pay lower commissions compared to other companies, which makes the effort and stress even less worthwhile. By contrast, companies like CXG, GWR, Meana, and Bare International are accurate, honest, and professional — they pay fairly and on time, usually within the same month or at most 45 days, and you never have to chase them.

Pros

Working at HS Brands as a full-time employee in the US has generally been a positive experience. One of the biggest strengths is its team-oriented environment. Collaboration is strongly encouraged, we do happy hours, volunteering events and company game hours. Team members are generally engaged and supportive of one another. Leadership is approachable and genuinely invested in employee well-being. Their open-door policy, EOS meetings and regular 1 on 1's make it easy to stay connected and helps build a connection with the team. Another plus is the opportunities for professional development; especially for those that express interest.

Cons

Over the years a few toxic people have been hired that really brought down team morale and created extra work for others. Working here is a laid back but fast-paced environment, the workload can be intense, and responsibilities often change. Staying on top of everything requires juggling multiple priorities. Early on, there was a lack of structure and policies, but this has improved significantly over the years.
