It is a good company to work for, but limited advancement and pay.

Pros

Provides perks like company car, Internet, and Phone Bill reimbursement. Will pay salary even if worked less than 40 hours a week and overtime if over 40. Flexible schedule.

Cons

Lots of driving, although less than competitors I am told. Sometimes will get a call last minute to be somewhere so can be hard to plan things. Overtime has been hard to come by at times and the base salary is not enough on its own. Doesn't seem to be any incentive to try hard since everybody gets annual raises and that's it. Also, they charge their customers four times what we make per hour, which means there is to much overhead.

Pros

Great co workers, solid vacation package.

Cons

Management is immature, they are closer to a high school cliq than an actual management staff. They love to gossip and stir the pot. Don't expect to move anywhere unless you become part of their circle. Positions are often filled before they are even posted.

Pros

Family-like culture, customer-centric, unmatched technical strength of Codes & Standards group. Company puts a lot of time and effort into training and engagement of all employees, particularly field staff.

Cons

For field staff, there are many good opportunities for geographic mobility, but not that many opportunities for career mobility, since organization is fairly flat and with limited number of products.
