Plenty of autonomy - flexible working, ability to make decisions about how things should be done from early on Development opportunities - working with big clients on exciting projects in a really supportive culture; able to suggest your own preferred training/development as well as lots of on-the-job learning Consulting work, but no requirement to be on client site! Great work/life balance - no long evenings or weekend working culture
Cons
Dynamic team and small company culture mean this is well suited to people who work well in fluid and agile environments
