      Bad pay, you work 10 hours with no pay if you don’t sale anything, you have to change twice during your shift from business attire to regular attire when you hit the streets to try in sale, leadership will put you down if you don’t sale, they pretend to be the customer to complete the sale which is fraud.

      Great Work Culture!

      Pros

      Working With HSO Executives is always fun. The culture here in the office is unparalleled to any company I have ever worked for. The open door policy with our management team is amazing any time I need help troubleshooting any issues I may have they come to me with multiple solutions and are always happy to help.

      Cons

      Lots of hard work but very beneficial if you put int he hard work. Lots of room for growth.
