1.Team is very good, Collegues are very nice and willing to help you during work.
Cons
1.HR deparment is very bad due to they don't know how to care of their staff and no any Job Rotation and lack experience to put staff to a right place, So it let to high Turnover rate

Pros
Managers are mostly Chinese. Department Manager works at the same place with you. Company has open offices. ( if these are good or bad things?) It is nice to be in an International Company. (Gross Salary amount is specified in Salary info)
Cons
No good communication between management and employees. It seems corporate firm But I think they need to improve themselves about it.
