You learn all sorts of things because doesnt matter what your job is, you're doing literally everything
Cons
They expect for you to work 24 hours, they want "the impossible". They hire you for job A, they ask you to do job B and C and so on,,, and when you cant do it due to reasons not personal but work and other people related, they scream at you, calling you stupid and when you mention the very well valid reasons they simply say that they dont care (putting it excatly like this). None of the people are nice, all of the upper management dont even care to look at your face when talking to you. Everyone is working constantly afraid of getting fired any minute because they dont value their employees whatsoever.
