Well and frequently articulated culture. Strong emphasis on leadership development of both self and others. Relatively competitive salary up to Manager level for a non-profit.
Cons
The church is growing (both in terms of staff and congregation). With this, there is a need to design and implement more systems that: a) Help staff and volunteers work more efficiently b) Develop transformational leaders both within HTBB but also outside c) Allow for more bi-vocational models of ministry.
