      Great products, worst global senior management in the world

      Pros

      Local teams are very smart and efficient, inspiring to work for.

      Cons

      CEO is not capable. no direction. rather than concentrating on global strategy and the future of the company. He rather spends his time approving $20 invoices and then questions why there the expense.

      HQ team believe the industry owes them a favour rather than earning it. Brand is lost, management shocking and very little future ... avoid
