      Pros

      Fellow employees are nice and typically professional. Building is nice but is not needed.

      Cons

      Management becoming more clueless about remote work (because of building ownership). Promises of raising pay unmet over many years. Funding budgets drying up every year.

      Pros

      Good health insurance and 401K plan.

      Cons

      LONG 5 year vesting period to completely collect 401K contributions. Your are FOREVER ANCHORED to your starting salary. Some employees who do the same job, but joined the company later than you did will make 30%+ more than you do. Company talks about retaining top talent, but does nothing to achieve the goal. As people quit, they just pass the work load onto others (not rehiring replacements). Company routinely works salaried IT folks about 50 hours a week.
