      Very bad management

      Pros

      I have been a contractor for a third party company with a payroll of Hucon solutions. These guys never credit my salary in time. This is my 10th mnth working for Hucon and not even one month I received my Salary in time. This is really very bad and when I call them they will say we are processing and bank issues. If they have bank issues why should they run an organisation.

      Cons

      Never respond to calls. The one person named Nancy. She never responds to calls and if he responds she gives false promises to agents.

      Gives opportunity to anyone who has good communication skills irrespective of one's background.

      Cons

      Extremely low salary, it's hard to make a living with such less pay given the amount of time the employee invests in making the company run.

      Good for Freshers especially for Non IT

      Cons

      You should not expect hike, incentives, career growth. Good for Lazy people or who have location constraint.. IF you want to learn more you cannot stay here for longer period. Management doesn't understands the basics of recruitment process. Full Pressure
