Although I worked at HUM for a good 7 months, it was an amazing one at that! The people were kind, outgoing, friendly, positive, and fun. Everyone was very hands-on and open to collaboration and all of the ideas! These people became my friends quickly and the environment was easy-going, yet productive. The founders, Walter and Chris, are enthusiastic as can be about their company, classy, optimistic, and super friendly. If there's one thing I took away from working at HUM is that hard work and creativity are extremely valuable, and how you treat them can make them immeasurable.

Cons

Office was okay, but they are moving to a new office soon in West Hollywood which is bigger and better! :)

Pros

Absolutely love working with everyone at the company from marketing to operations to customer service and more. The team is organized, efficient and collaborative. I feel like my opinions are heard and it makes for better communication because everyone feels comfortable speaking their mind. The founders, Chris and Walter, are really fun to work with as well! They genuinely care about employee happiness and are always looking for ways to curate a positive working environment. They're also very interested in our educational growth. One thing that we started doing is Lunch & Learns where they bring in key figures from relevant industries to speak about their story and road to success.

Cons

Not the most glamorous office I have to say.

Founders are understanding ,every one is nice so the office mood is casual ,not like a corporate setting. employee events are fun,

sometimes it seems they show more appreciation or listen to the opinions more from those who just started vs those who have worked hard, and been here longer
