A company with many areas of opportunity

Pros

- Strong team of individual players who want the company to succeed - Very few formal processes in place that are followed across the organization - there's opportunity to drive change - Fully remote job with no plans to RTO - Decent health benefits

Cons

- Sr. Leadership make decisions around the business without fully understanding the implications/impact to the day-to-day operations - A lot of teams/cities work in silos and do things differently so it makes it challenging to get everyone on the same page - Low salaries/not paying market value - No clear career pathing in place - Teams are overworked/under-appreciated/not recognized within the org - Poor company culture - Company has grown too quickly, too fast without focus on change management - Many people work after hours/long hours/expected to be 'on call' at all times (poor work life balance) - Company doesn't provide work phones/numbers and expects you to use your personal phone number (clients are given personal phone numbers to reach people in the organization) - CEO is a kind person, cares about his people but ultimately has leaders below him who will ruin any semblance of positive culture he's worked to build

Pros

Flexible working hours, though an event including preparation and travel could go more than 12 hours in one day.

Cons

Use your own vehicle to transport food and supplies to client location which is ridiculous. Management doesn't even pay for usage and maintenance, auto insurance, only pays for gas. Work's usually on the road and out on events and it can get really exhausting most of the time.
