      Pros

      I’ve been with the company for 4 years and have progressed from Resourcer to Consultant to Senior Recruitment Consultant, with hopefully more growth still to come. There are genuine development opportunities here if you’re willing to work hard and learn. The environment is great supportive, collaborative, and motivating. The office is stunning and creates a really positive atmosphere to work in. There is plenty of support available, and management is always approachable and ready to help when needed. You’re not left to figure things out on your own, which makes a big difference, especially as you grow in your role.

      Cons

      There is a steep learning curve in the early stages, so it requires resilience and self-motivation to succeed.
