      Great, on trend pieces Fabulous customer service

      Cons

      Training promised is slow and often takes more than 6 months which means no moving forward in your job.. Clients mostly given to managers, so larger projects not given to design consultants, owner yells, swears and throws furniture in showroom, bad temper, not a true design job....you stand at a cash wrap and are treated like a cashier. Management asks co workers to spy on each other. What is promised in job description is not what becomes job reality

      The people you work with try to stick together despite the treatment you receive.

      Cons

      Unethical and downright mean owners and upper level management. Little respect and hostile environment. Lots of talk and no action.

      It’s a sales job, if you likes sales thats a pro.

      Cons

      Any “design” job is actually just sales. Those of you who are creative don’t be fooled this is for business majors not designers. Management is stuck in the 90’s tech wise. Terribly organized with very little professionalism. The owner is the type of boss who believes in the stock over the carrot, and has never actually worked a day in his life. He transfers his lack of real world experience into rage against his employees. The other boss is just not present.
