      Pros

      The work/life balance is very healthy. The team is also very friendly and easy to befriend/ get along with. Cool people all around. Everyone seems to look out for one another and genuinely care.

      Cons

      The company is small and this can lead to certain things being less streamlined without a specific department dedicated whatever the task might be.

      work life balance competitive salary with bonus interesting projects great team

      Cons

      smaller company which means you wear many hats (a plus if you want to learn more) benefits are good but not great like a big firm growing rapidly so sometimes not all process/operations are put in place to keep up
