Great independence and trust in the employees. Various projects in parallel in a stimulating environment. Best work-life balance in motorsports.
Cons
Projects without a big sponsor behind are tackled with low budget and a try-and-error approach, which end up as try-and -fail too often. Lack of company know-how culture, if someone leaves, their experience is lost.
