Pros

flexible working arrangements great customers

Cons

no trust from managers cared more about dollar value of customers than well being of customers, often left to work alone with customers with no support. Burnout a huge issue that was never addressed staff not supported to take time off.

Pros

Great customers (participants), friendly and loving.

Cons

Horrible rude snobby staff. Cockroaches and flies in group homes. Grubby floors. Customers don’t get recommended sleep, yawn all day every day. Coordinates don’t care about anyone, overload of shifts. 8 hour shifts for weeks at a time. Non verbal customers are treated like objects rather than the people they are.
