      Poor Management & Jobs for the sake of it

      - Wide range of clients & projects

      Cons

      - 'Creative' team have no idea on design, creating 'briefs' that makes no sense or have any relevance to the client or the ability of the business. Their inexperience is obvious for all to see. - Cliquey environment with only the managements favourites working on high profile projects. - Very egotistical company who believe they are the best agency although they are not known outside of their own bubble.

      Very central and nice view

      No management, poor decisions, no respect for the work that is done. Money comes first and you are just a tool for them. Stay away from this place!

      Pros

      - Very varied projects, great to build up a portfolio if you are a designer/developer - Sociable bunch, with a weekly team lunch outing. Generally quite nice people. - They do hire from within for managerial or director positions - Young and fresh people. Average age is probably 26 - Good salaries.

      Cons

      - Chaotic, unhealthy and disorganised working environment with lots of swearing, ranting and passive aggression. Really not for everyone. - Previous reviews are accurate in saying that people are used as overused and dispensable tools. Sweatshop attitude. - Lack of progress meetings, leaving people uncertain of how they are performing and on edge about their job security
