None to be spoken of. The Director of Supply Chain is Incompetent and does not communicate effectively with HR (that's an obvious pro if you want to do his job for him).

Cons

- I was terminated for being sick for 4 days, after working at the company for a week, while communicating with HR about my absences proactively and being told "not to worry." - They were aware that I had a protected disability it protracted illnesses. - They ceased communication with me and have yet to coordinate with me how and when my final pay will be received, being that they never processed my new hire paperwork. - They are blatantly discriminatory. I could not recommend against this employer more.
