I have been working at HYS Enterprise for a year now. It was a year that passed quite quickly because of its richness in interesting tasks fun events and a pleasant atmosphere in the Odesa office. The company is distinguished by the fact that it gives capable and motivated people with the necessary theoretical knowledge the opportunity to build a successful career in IT. During this time I managed to work in different teams on several interesting projects. Due to the diverse and non-trivial tasks I managed to improve many skills and acquire new useful ones. Only the pleasant and friendly atmosphere in the teams that warmly welcomed me and helped me develop along with them remained unchanged. I would also like to emphasize the opportunities to acquire new theoretical and practical knowledge and skills through access to educational platforms and knowledge sharing events held in the company -People -Many interesting projects -Knowledge sharings -Cheerful activities -Medical insurance -Comfortable office -Ability to choose between remote/office/hybrid work

I haven't faced any drawbacks of the company yet. The only comment I have: It would be better if there were more English classes
