      Awful, outdated, chaotic and unskilled Management

      Pros

      Hytorc make good products (mostly)

      Cons

      Low skilled and self interested management. Poor training Poor to non-existent mentorship. Hard to find decent technical instruction or support. Low attention to Health and Safety. Huge turnover of staff. Lack of effective Management from Head Office/Upper Management in USA Lack of knowledge of Australian workplace law and WHS from Head Office/Upper Management in USA. Very unsupportive, uncooperative and incompetent Management at Head Office in SA, Australia Management all around don't address your concerns in any reasonable timeframe, if at all, but constantly make vague and non committed promises.

      Pros

      Some great employees, they will listen. Great Christmas party and some of the best sales reps. Made great personal friends there. Had a great short-lived career.

      Cons

      With the good, there is bad. Some will throw you under the bus. They will be sure to tell you what you do wrong before you do right. They will hand you off plenty of work and not get any credit for it. If something bad happens don't expect them to care how much you did. They will ask you to do a review individually.
