      Pros

      Friendly environment to work in with great co-workers to help maintain a positive atmosphere.

      Cons

      The C Level employees bend the rules, over spend, and pass off work. Honest does not come close to describing the company, company thrives on gossip and rumors. You are told one thing from management and they next thing you know the opposite happens. There is a complete lack of trust between all departments. Zealous is quickly fading from the company as a whole, employees are discouraged with the performance of the product of the company and how often customers are lost. Overachieving only describes the "grunts" of the company and is taken advantage of. Impossible goals and deadlines are given without any support from management.

      Pros

      All employees are great except for management

      Cons

      Management only focuses on revenue--not profit. They spend money like fools. Executives travel each week from various locations all over the country. This is a crazy waste of money. They are moving the entire company from Utah to North Carolina. Another crazy waste of money. They do not like their Utah workforce! Executives think they are better than everyone else.

      Management is a train wreck

      Pros

      Most people are great to work with and with the exception of the upper management people want to work hard and succeed.

      Cons

      Management is only concerned about themselves, I have never seen a more dysfunctional and confused upper management. They don't seem to know what to do to get the company going in the right direction. They change directions more times that anyone can keep up with. Follow through is also sorely lacking.
