Cons

Trust isn't available and you will be lied to by upper management on a daily basis even if you are right. Its not for the people they help but as show to cover there self gratification

It is very easy to sign up and get volunteer hours Kind staff.

Cons

Very vague work with little guidance on what to do. You sort of have to learn along the way and keep looking like you're busy, even if you don't know what you're doing.
