      Pros

      I have been in the industry for 5 years now and have never met a broker like Chris. The staff and agents are an extension of his family and I have seen him go above and beyond on several occasions to give them the support and backing they need in the ever changing Houston real estate market. He is respectable in and outside of the office and is selective on hiring so that ensures the same quality from his agents.

      Pros

      Plenty of networking and social events and lots of free training and support and management. Broker pays for listing signs, business cards, and open house materials. They are really supportive of their agents and really help to guide them through the entire process, especially new agents. Overall great company with friendly staff and agents.

      Cons

      Only one location in the Heights.

      Habitation Realty is a fun and professional company to work with friendly agents. The company supplies agents with unlimited business cards, listing signs, and internet marketing materials. They offer new agents the option of working with an experienced top-producer and access to free training classes. In addition, agents also have access to 24/7 support from our management team.

      They need to open more location.
