      Pros

      1) You get freedom to try out ideas. I like this. 2) Have to mostly find solutions yourself, this can be good or bad depending on how you look at it. For me, I got to learn a lot this way, and I like this in a startup. But some junior developers had a tough time finding solutions on their own, they wanted an Engineering Manager. 3) Company is solving a very good computer science problem 4) Paid well as compared to other startups I interviewed at

      1) Small team 2) Engineering mentorship was not there, so some junior developers found it difficult.

      Great company if you are looking to learn a lot & solve challenging problems

      Pros

      Hachi offers great experience, especially to people in the early stages of their career. You get to solve really challenging problems, in a fast paced environment. They encourage open communication. There's a lot of focus on productivity, and you are free to work your own hours.

      Cons

      There's no specific focus on your career trajectory, perhaps because they are still a small startup. But in the process of working, you do get valuable experience which will eventually advance your career.

      Pros

      I worked on a project for 6 months. Got a very challenging problem to solve. Got to learn a lot. Fabulous experience. I was moving out of country so had to leave. Good luck to the team.

      Cons

      Things were chaotic first few weeks, but later it was fine.
