      Pros

      The best reason to work here is to add some experience to your resume. That is the only positive thing I can say about this company

      Cons

      So far from any sort of structure, disorganized, unprofessional, unethical, doesn’t pay employees, dishonest, unfair, “management” does not respect employees and often speaks to employees in an unacceptable tone.

      office is near public transportation

      Cons

      no professionalism from management, communication lacking, short notice or no notice at all when there is a change in weekly schedule, messy and crowded work environment, took over 2 months to receive final paycheck... I definitely do not recommend working for Hadley Pollet.

      Pros

      Working in a small company allowed me to gain very valuable experience doing real work. I was able to learn many jobs that go into running a company. This experience helped me to excel in my career and learn skills like Abode Illustrator that I would not otherwise get the opportunity to learn.

      Cons

      You must be flexible in your work. You are exposed to many aspects of the industry and given real responsibility, but if you only like to do one thing and do not like to have responsibility this may not suit you.
