I was interviewed and selected for a position at Hadron GBS, Pune. After the selection, there were some minor documentation hurdles which I proactively addressed and communicated. However, despite resolving these, the company abruptly put the position on hold. The lack of transparency and the sudden shift after a verbal commitment caused unnecessary stress and a significant gap in my career planning. I hope the management improves their internal coordination and communication with candidates in the future.
