Pros

Great people and that is about it.

Cons

Poor management, poor leadership. This company is going downhill fast, people being "laid off" constantly. Supply Chain is a joke, they have horrible systems nobody knows what is going on. People who have worked there for many years are inflexible to make positive changes and would rather do it the way it has been done. CEO is inexperienced and investors are running the show. I knew the first day of work that it wasn't for me. They don't give you a laptop to work with so you have to print out many spreadsheets and try to weed through the information in meetings. There is no work life balance you are REQUIRED to be there from 8:30-5:30 and working from home is frowned upon. This company was at one time respected but not anymore. It will always be khaki pants for old men. Health insurance was the highest I have ever paid. If I could give them ZERO stars I would.

Pros

Variety in daily tasks. Beautiful office setting. Cafeteria was convenient and provided good quality, affordable meals.

Cons

Health insurance had a high deductible - a lot of out of pocket until deductible was met. HR and management did not deal with known office bullies. Pay was bit low compared to other companies in the area. Difficult to move to different role in company. A lot of overtime and work distribution was not always fair.

Pros

Nice office facility. Some genuinely nice coworkers. Early dismissal Friday's year round. Free lunch once per month. Competitive salary.

Cons

Many unimpressive senior management team members. New owners do not intend to invest in the brand or company. Most of the talented or qualified people have been laid off to reduce expenses. Tired product with no direction going forward. Would not suggest anyone leave a job to work there as this is not a long term career prospect.
