- Good people. Everyone tries very hard to maintain a positive attitude. - Family focused (to a point). Very rarely will you be denied time to take care of family issues or attend family events

Cons

- Benefits are at a minimal level - PTO is very limiting under 20 years of service - Compensation for certain roles is below average - Little to no opportunities for advancement due to senior employees rarely leaving their positions and minimal new positions being added.
