Their only mindset is sink or swim. There's no support or training offered for any position. Either you fit into the mold, or are quickly ushered out. The turn over is very high and leads to unnecessary stress for the team and for clients. There's a certain group of employees who have been at Hahn for their whole careers - sadly, they have a narrow view of what is acceptable in a professional environment. They turn a blind eye to the blatant problems. The idea of Hahn being a value driven company is bogus. The owner uses those values to manipulate employees. Upon arrival, Hahn can seem like a great place to work, flexible, empathetic, team oriented, transparent. With the exception of flexibility, none of those are true. Based on how things were going when I left, I'm unsure of the team's ability to function. There's extreme disconnect between the departments, and I don't see that improving without serious intervention.
