Could be a good company

Pros

Good training, very health and safty focus.

Cons

Management to interested in back stabing,bullying rife, H/R very anti worker,H/R through-out the company pro management- anti worker.

Chaotic and uncaring

Pros

Makes you appreciate that there are some good employers out there after you've experienced this chaotic toxic business. Great brands that are unsupported.

Cons

Clueless leadership team who have no idea of strategic planning for the future. Poor work life balance. Lower than average pay. Poor benefits. Nobody is appreciated.

Could be good but currently awful

Pros

There used to be some good directors who could get us to believe in a strategy and vision (but now only Grocery remains the last place where this is true) Seems to be no end to ambition of US owners to buy companies

Cons

Management team are not engaged with each other let alone the employees. No work / life balance. No succession planning other than in Grocery. Poor pay and no meaningful benefits. Sick pay other than SSP only paid at discretion of manager.

Our Company strategy is to constantly aquire new businesses; with these acquisitions, it takes time to fully integrate changes such as processes, systems and business plans. However, we do work hard to align Company Visions and Values so that we all feel part of one team.
