It is a very slow shop, you have to make a daily $200 or more to even qualify for any kind of commission. So, if that doesn't happen, you are getting paid the minimum hourly wage. Back bar products and selling shelf products do not match. So its hard selling products. Never have hair colors in stock. Or products to be used on clients
