      Good benefits, fun products to market if you're into hair.

      Management was difficult to work with. This culture, different from typical American norms, had unclear rules that confused employees. Some felt left out based on their race, and overall diversity in the office was low, except maybe in the warehouse. In addition to these challenges, there were concerns about how the HR department addressed complaints, with a perception that certain individuals may have received preferential treatment.
