Management is so awful! They think the are better than you and have right to talk to you however you want. Even the owner! 10+ hours daily, and the pay minimum! They make commission so hard to reach that you will never make it, unless you work so so so hard that it's not even worth it. Its usually pretty slow so you never make tips. They also don't charge enough for there services, so you end up getting awful clientele. Definitely is not a high end salon. They say you get your birthday off and paid. I never got that, was even sick on my birthday and they still made me work.
