Pros
-if you like to gossip its a great place. -love unhealthy environment -you can do nothing and say lazy and can get away with it. -you can rule your junior staff and management will do nothing about it .So you like to be a king great.
Cons
-very rude store managers not only with staff but with customers and you cant do anything about it. -super hard to get transfer and manager can make up lies to get anyone suspended and no body will investigate. -very rude,unprofessional,greedy,abusive and less knowledgable opticians. -manager will check commission every 10 minutes and if other sales associate/student optician/2nd optician make one sale ,managing optician/manager will become rude and can yell at other staff member that he is the number person who suppose to sell
