Extremely toxic workplace. Dishonest management, both with employees and with clients. Zero mentorship or concern for employee development. Regular verbal/emotional abuse toward employees who aren't a "partner's pet." Only worthwhile if you have no other job prospects.

HIGH high turnover. Almost all partners repeatedly make their support staff and associates cry in the office due to abusive behavior. Some people have a big ego chip on their shoulder and are way way too close with their young female para (no comment). Mgmt lies to employees about pay decisions. Big emphasis on frivolous/unnecessary meetings and reports to increase billing. RUN.
