      Fullyime job with nenefis.overtime pay Sick and vacation time.holiday pay.

      No advancements unless you lnow the managers or you're there to step on toes to get promoted.people stand around and talk instead of task.

      It's a fairly small company that's seeing some growth. It's pretty relaxed with decent benefits.

      Cons

      It's hard to advance career wise. It's very top heavy with managers who are almost always hired from outside, never promoted from within. If you are looking to grow professionally this company may not be a fit.
