Pros

I work with a great team of Therapists and we have a pretty good work space. Hours are flexible. If you have written documentation to cover why you were not productive they are reasonable.

Cons

Have started having to cover every other weekend. We were told there would be reviews and a pay increase but that did not happen. We also have to document every thing we do and write an explanation of any time over 10 minutes not treating.

If full time, it can be overwhelming at times, but Director in San Marcos location always found a way to help by offering advice in time management and a more efficient approach to dealing with issues
