      Pros

      There are many quality care providers working at Halcyon Home, and middle management are very skilled and supportive

      Cons

      Every aspect of the company appears to be micromanaged by a team of narcissists who completely lack any self awareness or skills to care for employees. Job descriptions are seemingly fluid, and you may be expected to do things that are completely out of your field, or even forced into a position you didn't want. Essentially there is a lot of bait and switch, and you might be lied to outright. If you are "fortunate" enough to become a pet favorite, be prepared to be pitted against your coworkers.

      Pros

      none- people take the job because the per-visit amount, salary, and mileage reimbursement seems good- but when you look at the actual time worked- on call, constant "redo" of paperwork, talking to the office because of mistakes- it's not worth it.

      Cons

      The managers are literally never there- if you need something, you get routed to phone lines with no voicemail. Turnover is high, everyone in the office is always stressed or out- and everyone tries to stay out of the way of a few people that are terrifying. The schedulers and managers talk bad about all the staff- and everyone seems to hate working here.
